Symptoms of a Parotid Tumour

The main symptom of a parotid tumour is: 

Person with a lump or nodule on the face

Palpation of a lump, nodule or mass in the gland (in front of the ears). 

Inflamación de la boca

Pain in the area.

Facial tingling

Numbness in the face or facial tingling. 

Half face paralyzed by facial paralysis

Difficulty moving one side of the face; this is known as facial paralysis

Mouth that does not open well

Limitation in opening the mouth (trismus).

In some cases, there are changes in the skin appearance over the gland.
