Mental health is a state of emotional wellbeing in which a person can think, feel and participate fully in life. It includes how we manage stress, how we relate to other people, how we adapt to different situations, and how we make decisions. Mental health is important at every stage of life, whether in childhood, adolescence or adulthood.
