Treatment of Abdominal Separation or Diastasis Recti at the Clínic

Reading time: 1 min

About one-third of midline hernia repairs have an associated diastasis which is considered as requiring repair. This represents about 25 patients a year who undergo minimally invasive, preaponeurotic surgery.

These patients receive outpatient follow-up for one year.
