The creation of the figure of roving researcher will cover measure 15 of the IDIBAPS Gender Equality Plan. This aim of this measure is to counteract the effects that motherhood and/or caring for young children have on a woman's research career, especially those women who hold or are offered the chance to hold positions of leadership in research.
For this position, we are looking for a postdoctoral researcher who can carry out both experimental and management tasks, in order to contribute to maintaining the momentum of the research project in progress during the absence of the researcher who is on sick leave or leave of absence. It is expected that the roving researcher will be able to support 2-3 projects simultaneously and that his/her contribution may be recognized in the resulting publications or in the intellectual property generated.
