Teaching and Training - The Clínic's Institute of Nephrology and Urology

The Clinical Institute of Nephrology and Urology of the Hospital Clínic carries out an extensive teaching activity.

The INUC participates in the academic training of students of Medicine, Bioengineering and Nursing. At the same time, it is responsible for the training of its residents (MIR) in the specialties of Nephrology and Urology. It hosts MIR training stays from other national and international hospitals.

The INUC  organizes and / or collaborates in various master's and postgraduate courses in medicine and nursing:

• Master of Organ Transplantation
• Master of Advanced Medical Skills
• Master of Autoimmune Diseases

The INUC has established a program of continuing education sessions for the Institute's own professionals.
It welcomes, for individual training stays, specialists from many different countries.
And it regularly organizes courses and preceptorships for continuing education, with special attention to professionals from other centers.
