Teaching and training at the Clínic

  • The minimally invasive surgery programme is part of the training for residents and/or fellow doctors of the Department, and through this program they find out the various techniques. In addition, an Improvement Training Programme has been developed where surgeons from all over the world go to the hospital and learn how these cases are performed.
  • The minimally invasive surgery team offers training to surgeons throughout Europe, in person and via virtual platforms. Furthermore, during this training, teams interested in starting the programme in their centres have the opportunity to observe cases live and the option of being tutored in their centre of origin.
  • Finally, the Department organises and participates as a speaker in several international courses on minimally invasive surgery.
