Treatment of Spiegelian Hernia at the Cínic

Given the low incidence of Spigelian hernia, the number of patients who undergo surgery for this condition at Hospital Clínic is very low, with around 10 cases per year. Minimally invasive surgery is performed with the use of extraperitoneal E-TEP (extended TEP) techniques to improve morbidity and postoperative outcomes.
