Diagnosis of Retinal Diseases

A diagnosis is made based on studying the fundus using magnifying lenses or additional examinations. The latter are used to obtain images of the retina in different ways: macular optical coherence tomography (OCT), retinography and fundus autofluorescence, OCT or fluorescein angiography and electrophysiological studies.
