Testimonials
Osteoporosis in the first person
I know of people who are scared because they have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, but it's no big deal. I got it through my head that I had fragile bones and I was clear on what I needed to do, take care of my bones. I follow a calcium-rich diet, exercise, and take the medication they prescribe for me.
