A section has been created on the IDIBAPS website dedicated to the Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) Office (KTT). This office aims to share research results with society through co-development agreements, industry licenses and the creation of spin-offs. The KTT’s primary mission is to proactively identify innovative ideas produced by IDIBAPS staff members and the Campus Clínic in general. It will also focus on providing training and support for the valorisation process and on creating value propositions based on innovative research.
The office’s section on the website provides detailed information about the evaluation, management and support services it provides. There is also a list of the technological offerings of the projects developed by the office to be presented to companies, as well as a summary of the 36 patent licensing agreements, 18 ‘know-how’ licenses, 11 software licenses and nine spin-offs created to date.
