The Clínic's Institute of Medicine and Dermatology
The Clinical Institute of Medicine and Dermatology is the area of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona that integrates the specialties of Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Dermatology, Infectious Diseases, Autoimmune Diseases and International Health.
The Clínic's Institute of Medicine and Dermatology is made up of six Services:
- Internal Medicine, with the sections of Geriatrics and Intensive Care
- Infectious Diseases
- Systemic Autoimmune Diseases
- International Health
- Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology
- Dermatology
This service also leads the AIDS Unit and the Central Awareness Syndromes Unit, as well as the reference units (CSUR) in Imported Diseases, Epidermolysis Bullosa, Hereditary Keratinization Disorders, and High Level Isolation.
