Teaching and training on Biopsy at the Clínic

The Pathological Anatomy Department trains its own residents for four years and receives international specialists for their training; contributing to the completion of doctoral theses at the University of Barcelona.

Its professionals are also teachers in the Medicine and Biomedical Sciences degree courses and other postgraduate courses at the University of Barcelona. It also organises accredited continuing education courses and annually hosts technicians in Pathological Anatomy and Cytodiagnosis of vocational schools (FPII), offering practical training in its different devices.
