Symptoms of the Fatty Liver Disease

Like most chronic liver diseases, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease develops asymptomatically until the patient enters the cirrhosis phase and complications associated with the disease appear (e.g. accumulation of fluid in the abdomen, encephalopathy and haemorrhaging).

Being a silent disease, its diagnosis in the early stages is difficult.
