Preventing Jet Lag

There are some recommendations that may help to alleviate the effects of jet lag:   

Sleep 10 hours

Rest well before travelling.

Stay well hydrated. 

Beer mug and joint crossed out; no drug consumption

Avoid the consumption of alcohol, and consume caffeine and other stimulants in moderation.

Four meals a day in small quantities represented by plates on a clock

Adapt to local mealtimes and sleep schedules as soon as possible once in the destination.
