Biobanks: the keystone between patients and scientific progress

Biobanks in healthcare research centers are support platforms for research that play a key role among donors, clinical, and research staff. The mission of biobanks is to collect and handle biological samples and associated data, which are made available to the scientific community to promote the advancement of biomedical research.
