About me
Dr. Puig is the leader of the research group at IDIBAPS 'Melanoma: Imaging, Genetics, and Immunology', the head of the Dermatology Department at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, and a full professor at the University of Barcelona. She is also a group leader at CIBERER and a member of the board of several scientific societies. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Barcelona and specialized in Dermatology in 1992, earning her doctoral degree in 2000. She has been involved in over 30 competitive research projects and more than 50 clinical trials, leading to the publication of over 500 scientific articles and the supervision of nearly 40 doctoral theses and final master's projects.
