She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Barcelona in 2000, became a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Barcelona in 2005 and obtained her doctoral degree at the University of Barcelona in 2011. She is Professor of the University of Barcelona’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and works as a gynecologist in the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona. She is the Head of a Research Group of the IDIBAPS and has been director of 3 doctoral thesis. She has published more than 50 manuscripts in journals with peer review and Impact Factor. Her main areas of interest and research include endometriosis, adenomyosis, endoscopic surgery and reproductive failure.
