Fernando Aranda holds a Biology and a Biochemistry degree from the University of Navarra. He then specializes in different strategies of Immunotherapy in Cancer with a Master degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology and a Ph.D. from the University of Navarra - Center for Applied Medical Research (CIMA), Pamplona. In 2012, Fernando Aranda obtained the Prize of "Professor Durantez" for the best scientific article in Tumor Immunology by the LAIR Foundation. He was in many different groups focus in cancer therapies in his postdoctoral stage (Pamplona, Paris, Barcelona and South Dakota). He won a postdoctoral contract "Sara Borrell" funded by Instituto de Salud Carlos III in the Group of Immune Receptors of the Innate and Adaptive System in IDIBAPS, Barcelona. Author of 49 publications indexed in PubMed in prestigious international journals, with h-index: 27 and 2511 citations (September, 2019).
