About me
Dr. Gonzalez is a staff Pathology Specialist at the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona (HCP), Spain
since 2010.
She obtained her Medicine degree from Universitat de Lleida at 2009 and performed the
pathology residency at Hospital Clinic (2010-2014). She gained a final residency award (Ajut
a la Recerca Josep Font; 2014-2017) and performed the PhD in Medicine at the Universitat
de Barcelona (Excellent Cum Laude) in June 2017. From 2014 to 2018 she worked as a
pathologist at the IDIBAPS-Hospital Clínic Tumor Bank and since June 2017 is the person in
charge of Breast Pathology as well as the Immunohistochemistry Platform at the Pathology
Department.
She has an active role in the Spanish Society of Pathology (SEAP-IAP) as the main responsible
of the Scientific Committee and as a reviewer in the Qual
