Personal Data Protection (LOPD)
The Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) updates everything related to the processing of personal data, the guarantees and the protection of the fundamental rights of people and, in particular, their honor and personal and family privacy.

As an interested person, you have the right to access your data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion.You can also define limits on its use, opposing and withdrawing consent for specific purposes.
The person holding the data is the only one who can exercise rights to the data or authorize a third person to exercise this right.
How can the rights be exercised?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to treatment, and limitation by submitting a paper request to the Citizen Service Unit at HQ Villarroel or HQ Plató, or by email to uaciutadania@clinic.cat, ciudadana.seuplato@clinic.cat or protecciodades@clinic.cat.
