The AES25 call includes a section for recruiting bioinformatics technicians to support research at health research institutes. IDIBAPS is seeking candidates for this call to join the institution. The program funds the selected candidate’s contract for two years.
The recruited professional will be integrated into the new Research Computing Platform, which supports both researchers and scientific platforms at IDIBAPS.
We encourage data science technicians with experience in biomedical data—working in any area of computational biology and biomedicine, particularly in omics and multi-omics data analysis, synthetic data generation, and predictive modeling—to apply. The selected candidate will be incorporated into the institution under the umbrella of IDIBAPS’ core facilities.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics or have completed a specialized master’s degree in Bioinformatics.
