The aim is to provide the Catalan companies access to strategic partners that enable them to solve their technology challenges and, through this technology transfer, increase the number of innovative companies and make Catalonia a leading region in innovation at European level.
On this occasion, the Government has accredited eight agents. Besides to the IDIBAPS, there have been accredited: the Hardware-Software Prototypes and Solutions Lab (CEPHIS) of the UAB; the Research Centre in Metamaterials for Innovation in Electronics and Communication Technologies (CIMITEC) at the UAB; the Centre for the Design and Optimization of Processes and Materials (DIOPMA), at the UB; the Centre for Environmental, Food and Toxicological Technology (TECNATOX) of the URV; the Catalonia Institute for Energy Research (IREC), CTM technology center, Eureca and the Composite Testing Laboratory (AMADE) at the University of Girona. With these eight new additions, there are now 61 entities have received this accreditation.
