Dr. Josep Dalmau awarded with the European School of Neuroimmunology (ESNI) Career Award

The European School of Neuroimmunology (ESNI) is an initiative willing to contribute to the growing recognition of the role of the immune system in causing neurological disorders. Its educational programme, spanning from basic immunology to clinical neuroimmunology, aims to guarantee that European researchers can be educated in the field and keep abreast of new developments. During the 13th ESNI annual course, which took place on July 3rd – 6th 2013 in Porto, Portugal, Dr. Josep Dalmau was awarded with the prestigious ESNI Career Award, recognizing his career and his work at the IDIBAPS Autoimmunity against synaptic antigens group. Dr. Dalmau is an ICREA investigator at IDIBAPS and collaborates with the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA).
