Equipment

Thanks to the collaboration agreement between IDIBAPS and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC), the platform has access to an HPC system with the following features: 

• 3.2M hours of supercomputing in a Unix cluster, equivalent to 226 hexaflops 

• Storage space for computing: 

  • 620 TB on disk 

  • 500 additional TB on tape 

Through the DSI, the platform can also have dedicated virtual machines with the necessary features if required.
