Services and fees

The cytometry platform has hi-tech equipment and qualified expert personnel. It offers a wide range of services, including cell sorting, imaging flow cytometry, and technical support for different protocols.

It also provides training so that researchers can use the cytometers on a self-service basis, as well as technical knowledge and advice on planning and designing experiments, preparing cells, and analysing and managing data.

All services can be used with the assistance of platform personnel or on a self-service basis.

• Analysis of flow cytometry samples (up to 5 laser parameters and 18 fluorescence parameters). The platform has an HTS module for plate reading
• Cell sorting (up to 5 laser parameters and 18 fluorescence parameters). Collection into tubes (up to 4 populations at a time), onto petri dishes or other carriers. Single-cell sorting index for sequencing (96-well and 384-well plates)
• Automated magnetic cell sorting
• Data analysis (computers with DiVa 8.1, CellQuestPro 6.0.3, ModFitLT 3.2, FlowJo X, FCAPArray 1.0.1, and IDEAS 6.2 licenses)
• Training for using analytical cytometers in a self-service regimen
• Support in the correct development of projects/assays using flow cytometry and cell sorting techniques. Support in experiment design
