Clinical trials unit (CTU)

The Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) of the Clinical Pharmacology Service has as its mission the provision of support regarding the ethical, methodological, regulatory, and logistical aspects of clinical trials with drugs or with advanced therapies promoted by the institution’s researchers.

It also participates, in Spain, in publicly funded clinical trials (ISCIII, MSPS, FP7) and in the development of the European network ECRIN (European Clinical Research Infrastructures Network), with funds from the European Commission.
