Symptoms of Endometrial cancer

The most common symptoms of endometrial cancer are: 

Vaginal bleeding woman

Abnormal vaginal bleeding: This is the main symptom. It is present in 90% of cases and can identify the disease at an early stage. It can present as vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal patients. In patients of childbearing age or undergoing perimenopause, it appears as persistent menstrual bleeding, loss between periods or frequent menstruation (especially if the bleeding is abundant and prolonged).

Abundant vaginal discharge

Purulent vaginal discharge (with pus). 

Woman with abdominal pain

Abdominal pain or distension, alteration of gastrointestinal transit. These symptoms occur especially in women who are elderly or have extensive disease. 

Fatigued woman sweating

Respiratory problems and constitutional syndrome (tiredness, loss of appetite, significant weight loss). Also in women who are elderly or have extensive disease.  

Female reproductive system

Suspicious findings during a pap smear: Presence of adenocarcinoma, atypical glandular cells and endometrial cells in patients older than 45 years. These patients are usually asymptomatic.
