Ageing is inevitable, but the changes in lifestyle can help in the prevention of cervical disc disease. It is recommended:

Movement and exercise. Soft stretching and strengthening exercises for the neck and shoulders can stabilize the cervical spine.

Ergonomic adjustments. Adapt your workspace to maintain a correct position of the head, use orthopedic pillows to maintain cervical alignment when sleeping, avoid stressing the spine.
