About me
I’m a Spanish medical oncologist at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. I’m a hard worker, very proactive and highly motivated researcher. I began to show interest in translational research in immunooncology in 2015, when I did my final degree project on immune expression and its association with survival and response to PD1-PDL1 blockade in different solid tumors with Dr. Aleix Prat. Since the beginning of 2019, during my oncology residency at Hospital Clínic, I have joined the Translational Genomics and Targeted Therapeutics Group at IDIBAPS (Spain), led by Prof. Aleix Prat, as a clinician-scientist working on immunooncology research, focusing mainly on the identification of new biomarkers of response and/or resistance to treatment with immunotherapy in patients with solid tumors.
