An MRI may predict the risk of ventricular tachycardia following cardiac ablation

A study conducted by IDIBAPS-Hospital Clínic Barcelona shows that an MRI after ventricular tachycardia ablation can detect a decrease in areas of cardiac tissue with abnormal signal transmission and that this decrease is associated with a lower risk of tachycardia recurrence.
