A study in animal models identifies genetic markers involved in memory alterations associated with Huntington’s disease

The study, led by researchers from IDIBAPS and the University of Barcelona, shows that these modifications play a role in the deregulation of genes associated with the function of neuronal synapses and the onset of symptoms of the disease.
