With Rodalies Renfe (suburban trains):

  • Plaça Catalunya: Connection with Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (local trains)
  • Passeig de Gràcia: Line 3 (Metro) to Plaça Catalunya and connect with the 
  • Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (local trains)

Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC): 

  • Muntaner: Lines (S1 / S2 / S5 / S55 / U6)
  • Pàdua: Line (U7)

Car Parks:

  • Pàrquing Muntaner Tavern: 24-hour car park located on c/ Tavern, 49, next to the Plató Centre.
  • Pàrquing Sant Elies: 24-hour car park located on c/ Sant Elies, 21 (near Plaça Molina). The price for parking for 12 hours is around €11.

Mobility:

The Plató Centre is a building with 6 floors. The ground floor is accessed from Carrer Plató, 21, through an entrance and a garden (it can be accessed by car / taxi or on foot). Here we can find the main reception, Admissions, the Outpatient Surgery Unit (UCSI) and the separate entrance for the Accident and Emergency Department and the Intensive Care Unit (UCI). On the first floor we find a hospitalization area and the cafeteria. On the second floor we find a hospitalization area. On the third floor we find a hospitalization area and the central operating theatres, on the fourth floor the Acute Geriatric Unit (UGA) and on the fifth and sixth floors we find hospitalization areas.

On the semi-basement floor, which can also be accessed from Carrer Marc Aureli, 15, we find the Outpatient Department for General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Digestive Pathology, the Preoperative Care Unit, Urology and the Minor Outpatient Surgery Unit. 

Accident and Emergency Department

The Accident and Emergency Department at the Plató Centre has all the technology required to deal with general emergencies in adults, except those emergencies that have a specific activation code, such as the Heart Attack Code, Stroke Code and Polytrauma Code.
